PC Basics was launched in 1998 by Henry Moss, when he saw there was a need for simple, step by step computer training. Many people, particularly the 50 and above age group, needed easy to follow tuition for using Email, the Internet, Microsoft Office programmes such as Word and Excel, in their own home or office, using their own devices.
Henry has a friendly, patient, and fun teaching method for all topics. He can supply follow up training notes and is always available on the phone for any help and advice.

Everyone at some time needs a helping hand when things go wrong. It could be your emails are not working, the printer has suddenly stopped working, or a million other issues. At PC Basics, help is only a phone call away. We offer Remote Access, so that we can usually deal with technical issues the same day, remotely, no need to wait for a visit. With a monthly or annual Support package, we can resolve most issues quickly and efficiently.
